On Sunday I did an even harder ride on the recumbent. I rode at a brisk tempo toward Gilroy to the southeast of Morgan Hill, then crossed west at Buena Vista, for a total of 52 miles.Riding status is posted on strava here

On Monday, I did an upper body workout, got on the recumbent, and went on an easy ride 39.6 miles northwest of town. here.

On Tuesday, I rode and trained on a recumbent locally and then took Vado out for a group ride. All of them are posted here. After lunch, I took a long walk home and posted it. here. In the end it totaled just under 43 miles. However, with the Vado assist, this equates to about 35 miles unassisted. We rode clockwise around the reservoirs (Ubas and Chesbro), stopping at Uvas Canyon County Park on Croy Street and back along the way. It was a fun drive on a sunny day.

Monday: Buena Vista Vista Overpass looking west as the fog clears
