It’s easy to make and a great way to use sour cream. I always have leftover sour cream when I make a recipe, so this is one of the things I often use when I want to use it. Cornbread muffins are easy and delicious!

  • all purpose flour
  • sugar
  • egg
  • sour cream
  • buttermilk

Generously spray muffin tins. Bake in a preheated 425 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.

Fill each muffin tin with the same amount so each muffin is about the same size. You can use muffin liners if you like, but if you have a seasoned muffin tin and spray the tin well, the muffin liners won’t stick. To cool quickly, remove from the mold as shown in the photo below.
