With all the emphasis on high mileage these days, I thought it might scare some people off. But I exercise more than I should because it’s my hobby and I enjoy it. For someone who is less into exercise than I am, how much exercise is enough to age healthily? This is about 150 minutes of walking or equivalent moderate activity per week, or 75 I think the general recommendation of more minutes of vigorous activity is pretty much the answer. I think it’s good to maintain your physical strength and balance your efforts. If you find something you enjoy, it’s okay to do more.
