Frozen Treats on a Stick – Dogster

When the hot summer weather arrives, your dog will enjoy frozen treats just as much as you do. These pupsicles (dog popsicles) are a great addition to any summer celebration.

Ingredients for frozen dog treats:

    • plastic cup
    • unsweetened yogurt
    • blueberry
    • strawberry
    • chew stick
    • scissors

  1. Gather your essentials
  2. Divide the ingredients into 4 even layers. Place a layer of yogurt in the bottom of the cup, add some strawberries, add more yogurt, layer blueberries, and top with more yogurt. Ingredients should fill about 1/4 of the cup. Insert the chew stick into the center of the cup. Freeze overnight.
  3. Once frozen, cut out the plastic cup.

“Stick” option: Instead of psicle sticks, use pretzel rods, bone treats, or carrots.

Flavor options: Cantaloupe, banana, applesauce, honey, pineapple, unsalted chicken stock.
