Hey everyone! Have a great week! We’re in California celebrating Spring Break with our crew.share some adventures IG stories Here are some of my favorite photos from Friday.

In today’s post, I would like to tell you a little about myself. CBO protocol It’s been five weeks since the process began. (I can’t believe it’s been this long!!) I did some tests and found high levels of bacteria, yeast, and candida in my gut, so this could be an eye problem and an autoimmune condition. It was a big step in my recovery journey. Read more about my experience here.

C.B.O. is a 12-week protocol, and it’s not for the faint of heart, but I’ve already noticed amazing improvements.

Cbo Protocol Review 1.

EquiLife CBO Protocol Review

What is the EquiLife CBO Protocol?

Equilife Candida, Bacteria Optimizer Protocol is thoughtfully crafted and designed to address gut microbiome imbalances, specifically targeting candida, fungi, and yeast overgrowth and bacterial dysbiosis. This protocol aims to restore harmony within the intestinal ecosystem by harnessing the power of natural ingredients known for their antifungal, antibacterial, and intestinal healing properties.. The goal of the CBO protocol is to wipe out the “bad” bacteria in your gut, repopulate the good bacteria, and heal and seal the intestinal lining.

Please note: I am not a doctor, so this is not medical advice. I’m just sharing my experience with this protocol. As with any diet or supplement regimen, it is important to consult your physician or qualified health care provider before making any changes. This ensures compatibility with existing medical conditions, medications, and personal health needs.

Cbo Protocol Review 2.

Key elements of the CBO protocol:

Saccharomyces bulardii: Protective and powerful probiotics.

Berberine: Berberine, extracted from various plants such as goldenseal and barberry, has broad-spectrum antibacterial properties that effectively inhibit bacterial overgrowth and restore microbial balance.

Oregano oil: Famous for its antibacterial powers, oregano oil contains compounds such as carvacrol and thymol, which exhibit strong antifungal and antibacterial effects and help eradicate pathogenic bacteria in the intestines.

Enzymes and probiotics: This Equilife protocol also includes a blend of digestive enzymes and probiotics to support optimal digestion and gut flora balance. Enzymes help break down and absorb nutrients, and probiotics replenish beneficial bacteria to promote a healthy gut environment.

How to use:

Equilife Candida, Bacteria Optimizer Protocol We are committed to a multifaceted approach to addressing underlying gut imbalances. Children’s protocols can be used for children 3 years and older

Cons:

Responses vary from person to person and it may take some time to see results.

For optimal effects, you should commit to dietary and lifestyle modifications

Not suitable for people with certain medical conditions or allergies

Importance of functional testing:

Before you start, Equilife Candida, Bacteria Optimizer Protocol, it is essential that individuals undergo functional testing to confirm the root cause of their intestinal problems. Functional testing provides valuable insight into gut health markers and guides individualized treatment strategies for optimal results. If you are interested in testing the option, please email me (gina@fitnessista.com)

I would never do this protocol without testing it first, as it is expensive and long (12 weeks).

Cbo Protocol Review 3.

My personal experience:

The biggest reason I didn’t start this protocol sooner was the suggested dietary guidelines.

Guidelines should be followed for optimal efficiency. The biggest shocker for me is:

Contains no garlic or onions.

eh? Add all the garlic and onions. If a recipe calls for garlic, double or triple the amount. Two cloves in the recipe? No, I definitely meant six.

Because of this, I waited until after my vacation, Liv’s birthday trip, and several other trips and events I had planned, until I was ready. I wanted to have as much control as possible, so I waited until it made the most sense timing-wise. Starting the day after Valentine’s Day (when we had a blast at Fleming’s lol), we had cocktails and a fancy dinner, planning to complete the 21 days before going to Las Vegas.

If you’re wondering why we don’t recommend garlic or onions, it’s because they are powerful prebiotics that can feed all the bacteria in your gut, both good and bad. This is why vinegar, fermented foods, and certain fruits are not recommended, as it is not advisable to repopulate the same area.

It’s not possible to post complete dietary guidelines on this blog, but the first 21 days are basically meat, beans, certain fruits, lots of vegetables, and small amounts of fat (primarily olive oil, coconut oil, and avocado). is. . After the first 21 days, you can start a “flex” diet once a week to replenish your nutrition and also introduce other foods (eggs, nuts, some seasonings, gluten) to monitor your reaction. You can start reintroducing foods (such as free grains). road.

The first 21 days were difficult, but not unbearable. I realized how much sugar I was craving and that sugar may be the reason I’m in this situation. After his first 21 days, things get a lot easier. I can take gluten free oats, rice, staples, seeds, chia chia but after adding new foods back in I have no reaction.

The biggest kicker is:

Eggs are my favorite food, but I haven’t eaten them regularly for almost six months now. I’ve been avoiding egg whites because they still spike my food sensitivity tests and give me breakouts on my cheeks and chin.

Since I have healed my gut, I have been able to incorporate them into my life without any acne breakouts or reactions. When we were in Las Vegas I ate a huge plate of scrambled eggs (they were delicious with lots of butter!) and nothing happened. It was amazing.

The biggest benefit I’ve noticed is more energy and less brain fog. I used to feel very distracted and foggy, but this protocol has greatly improved my focus, energy, and productivity. The inflammation on my face has completely healed. Even when I took the photo for this post a few months ago, my cheeks looked swollen. – You won’t feel bloated or swollen.

I love my weekly flex meals and enjoy some great sweet treats, a few cocktails, and an indulgent meal.

If I can feel this good at about the halfway point, I’m really looking forward to seeing my progress by the time I reach the finish line. If you have any questions or are interested in performing functional testing, please let us know. We will be happy to assist you.
